Ricardo Arona believes Fedor is beatable

    Despite losing to Fedor several years ago(at Rings-King of Kings 2000 Block B) Ricardo Arona still believes he knows the secret to defeating Fedor Emelianenko, and offered this advice to the Last Emperor’s next opponent;

    “I believe that, to beat Fedor, you have to work the explosion, because if you stay one second on Fedor’s sight he’ll hit you and you don’t have time to get away. To avoid a movement of him you have to see where it starts so you have to be very quick”, Arona believes that the Jiu-Jitsu and speed are the secret. “You have to work the Jiu-Jitsu and explosion, to get in and out”.

      i dont think that BJJ can help, in 3matches Nog’s bjj didnt make any diference, i believe that quickness and great striking with great doge can make difference. Arlovski was on the great way only if he stayed out of fedor’s reach…
      Fedor is an animal, 500 pound of preasure in rear naked choke!? I rather try to avoid wrestle with him 😀

      Do not fight Fedor on the ground you will be killed. You need to have excellent boxing skills with quickness and power punches to defeat Fedor. I think Cain Velasquez can beat Fedor!
