Quick Quote: Fabricio Werdum says he wants a rematch against Fedor in Russia

"I want to fight against Fedor from 6 to 8 months from now in Russia, Rocky Balboa style. I believe that the crowd will be with him, but people will respect me and I’ll bring my guys. I’m sure that the Brazilians can make much more noise than a million of Russians. It’s hard for anyone to believe on a guy who’s getting in there as the underdog against a guy who’s considered as the best of the world.  Now I want to send a big hug for those who cheered for me and for those who didn’t believed in me so that they understand that you can never underestimate someone."

Triumphant "Vai Cavalo" Fabricio Werdum wants to go Hollywood, offering Fedor Emelianenko a rematch in Russia. If the fight really happens in Moscow, it will be a huge test for the M-1 Global/Strikeforce PR machine, who will be under a reasonable pressure to organize possibly the biggest MMA event ever. As for Werdum's chances on Fedor's home turf, Sylvester Stallone would suggest setting up a training camp somewhere in Sibir.

Lesnar would beat both of them 2 on 1, they are both ducking top competition.. Fedor isn't even in top ten heavyweight, he got subbed and tapped like a little girl.

I dont think Fabrizio should talk about Russia vs Brazil bc the Russians dont mess around and can find an excuse to wipe brazil off the map .

That would be great! Start filming a 24/7 on this event! Definitely would be interesting seeing how the last emperor and werdum get ready with their camps for Werdum vs Fedoe II!

You are S%&T'n right? Fedor not a top 10 HW? This is the most ignorant statement I have ever heard. He may not be #1 right now, but he gets knocked out of the top 10. WOW!!! I wish you would convience college football voters that after USC loses two football games NOT to get them in the National Championship picture. If you think you can convience people on here about that then you are wrong.

Funny you mention Lesnar. I once saw him in a nhb fight with 3 grizzly bears. Lesnar was given the option to have a knife and a samurai sword but chose to go empty handed. As soon as the bell rang for the match to begin, Lesnar did a roundhouse kick and the wind it created killed the first bear instantly. He killed the second bear with a spinning pile driver similar to the one Street Fighter. The third he submitted with a double arm triangle choke. So... if any of you doubt Lesnar's abilities... find out by going to fight 3 grizzly bears.

Thank God he fought somebody or something. I mean wins over Couture and Mir are not something to brag about. BLAH BLAH BLAH. Carwin will eat his lunch. Then he will be 4-2 Dana will go "well he has been out for a year" so he will get a rematch soon against Carwin. Then get knocked the hell out again and be 4-3, and only have wins against two fighters that have more losses then the Oakland Raiders in 2010.

Whoa whoa whoa. Getting hostile already hahaha! I think its realistic that Fedor would beat Werdum this time but only if Fedor fights smarter instead of reckless.

Werdum had his day and won fairly and he should celebrate, but not to carry away. If he carries away, next time Fedor is going punish him, which can end his career. Fedor has done it before with Kosaka. Werdum won the battle, but not the war. If Fedor puts his thoughts and motivation together, I would feel sorry to see any of the top fighters to come into the cage with Fedor.

I bet he'll come into the next fight with a six pack too, right? LOL Seriously though, I do see him walking through Werdum next time and on his best day he can still beat anyone.

Lol, yea no doubt. He definitely can beat Werdum. Although I still wouldn't count Werdum out. You can never count out a BJJ specialist tho. Just hope Fedor doesn't "end Werdum" next time lmfao!

Good Lord I have heard it all now. The funny thing about your stupid comment is Werdum knows Fedor is the best and would rather fight him then Overeem who he has already dropped or submitted before. I might give you a "funny" on that one because that post was the dumbest thing I have heard in a long time.

With strickeforce "6 to 8 months" means closer to 10 months. Neither of the fighters suffered any damage, Hell they could have fought again right after the last fight. Why do we need to wait that long? I'm getting sick of waiting this long to see Fedor fight.

Is he serious? Frank Mir beat Lesnar in their first fight and on the second fight Lesnar DESTROYED Mir. Now Fedor has been in this MMA game for a very long time he took up fighting cause he was poor and his inspiration for fighting is to escape that poverty. Now you have a proud champion embarrassed, humiliated and defeated who will be fighting in front of his country men/women who he believes he let down. Do you think that Fedor will perform the same way he did in this last fight or would it be more likely that he will DESTROY Werdum?

My advice for Werdum is stay away from Fedor for a while....
