On March 3rd, Miesha Tate and Ronda Rousey will collide at the Nationwide Arena in Columbus, Ohio, in what would be the biggest bout in the history of Women's Mixed Martial Arts.

Tate currently spends her preparations at the Art of 8 training center in San Diego, California, under the patronage of Melchor Menor. Known for her exceptional grappling skills, "Takedown" Miesha Tate is also working on her striking with Menor, looking to improve her already-intimidating arsenal of MMA skills.

As always, LowKick.com photography extraordinaire Scott Hirano was in the right place at the right time, to bring the following photos of Miesha Tate's sparring session. Feel free to follow Scott on Twitter at @ScottHirano, and make sure to "like" his page on Facebook. Also, for more information about Art of 8 Training Center, please visit AO8training.com.

Hopefully, she has somebody that is extremely good in Judo training with her. If not she could be another early round victim.

This is going to be a great fight.....I don;t see any knockouts, most likely a submission win round 2

Agreed. Tate vs Coenen was a great fight and was actually fairly similar to this match up. Will we see the submission specialist get subbed again?

Tate shocked me by submitting Coenen but i don't see that happening in this fight. I think Tate will win but she needs to stay away from the clinch as much as possible because Rousey should have a significant strength advantage and with her Judo background she seems to take fighters down with ease. This could easily turn out to be one of the best women's mma fight ever if it doesn't end in the first minute.
