As part of his preparations for July 30th bout with Dan Henderson, "The Last Emperor" Fedor Emelianenko spent the third stage of his training camp in mountains surrounding Kislovodsk, Russia. The biggest visible difference in this training camp is the fact that Fedor trained alongside his brother and fellow PRIDE FC veteran Alexander Emelianenko.

Also, judging by the pictures, it looks like Fedor Emelianenko added more muscle and looks much bigger than during his previous training camp, for the fight against Antonio Silva that took place back in February.

Nice! Glad to see Fedor put on a few pounds, and though I'd be careful about blood spatter from his brother, Alecks is still an elite heavyweight and those two have always done better when they train together.

Yes he did fought what you call "giants" lets not forget the fact that Fedro is not! a small mother****er he is pretty big in person but time and time again! if you fight someone who is taller then your and who out weights you by 40 or 30 pounds it doesn't mean anything if they cant fight for shit!

Why do Fedors pics always look like he's training in prison or a concentration camp?

I thought the humane thing to do if i was Fedor is to drop some weight for going into LHW instead of gain weight trying to match the size of some of the modern super heavyweights of today

Fedor needs all the help he can get, he lost two in a row and is not trying to make it three...hendo use to be something back in pride just like fedor but not now.. they both are average and stick to the same tendencies. fedor is a bitch for packing on pounds to fight a real middleweight....For the idiots i said middleweight because that is his natural fighting weight...

natural weight is what people walk around at. Hendo walks around at 200 - 210, so he's a natural light heavyweight. Fedor is basically 230-233 all the time, he's a natural heavyweight. Natural weight does not refer when you hit the scale, it's their fighting weight, and most of those guys put back on that 15-20 pounds of water weight on the day of the fight.
