Golden Glory Team give a hero's welcoming to Marloes Coenen in Holland
Posted on October 13, 2010, 05:55 AM by Anton GurevichNewly crowned Strikeforce Womens Welterweight Champion Marloes "Rumina" Coenen received a hero's welcoming at the Amsterdam Airport Schiphol. Coenen returned from San Jose, where she defeated Sarah Kaufman at the Strikeforce: Diaz vs Noons 2 event. It looks like welcoming Champions is now some sort of tradition in the Golden Glory Camp, as Alistair Overeem received relatively the same reception after his demolition work of Brett Rogers at Strikeforce: Heavy Artillery.
Here's some pics fro Marloes' joyful moment, brought you buy the MixFight.nl forum.

Overeem is robbing her belt.
Alistair Overeem = new Strikeforce Womens Welterweight Champion.
That's freakin awesome of her gym/training partners to do that for her. Much class.
Ya, I would consider Golden Glory top 5 gyms in the world, they produce world class champions
well deserve after getting paid peanuts! by strikeforce!
she didnt get paid like a champion but at least got a welcome like one!
i specially like that bloody hand they put there, well deserved now lets see her hold it.
congrats to connen, allot of people counted her out she deserves it.
Congrts to her, for beating one of the best and getting the belt.
And damn, i actually think that the S-force belt look better than the UFC belt :D
And what the heck is with that random fake hand in the 1st pic? So random
The strikeforce belt is too busy with designs.. the UFC belt is more classy
lol thats like saying a 1 euro note looks better than a 100 euro note, it may well be true,m but which would you rather have?
Dana?
I am in love
that is the way a Team should act
more power and glory to them

bring her back at Champion wages
for the next one with Tate
and put Sarah on the undercard
