Former Strikeforce champ Feijao Cavalcante tested positive for banned substance
Posted on June 16, 2012, 07:40 AM by Anton GurevichFormer Strikeforce Light Heavyweight chamapion, Rafael "Feijao" Cavalcante, has received one-year suspension and $2,500 fine after testing positive for "banned substance".
California State Athletic Commission (CSAC) executive officer confirmed the news to MMAFighting.com, but refused to go in detail about which substance was used by Cavalcante.
The test took place after Cavalcante's victory over Mike Kyle back in May. Feijao won the fight via submission (guillotine choke) after 33 seconds the first round. Following his victory over Mike Kyle, the Brazilian heavy-hitter was expected to face Gegard Mousasi for the vacant Strikeforce Light Heavyweight title.
Feijao Cavalcante is 12-3 in his MMA career, with 11 KO/TKO finishes. Cavalcante is a long-time member of The Black House and X-Gym, where he trains alongside the reigning UFC Middleweight champion Anderson "The Spider" Silva.

They add the word therapy to make it sound like a legitimate medical condition that is being treated that numbskulls willingly accept, kinda like adding the word positive to discrimination so millions of white folks thinks it's OK they get overlooked for work and less qualified ethnics take their place, but it isn't. I think this is so unfair, poor Feijao was simply walking down the street when he slipped and fell on a syringe full of steroids... He's never used a performance enhancing drug in his life, the fact that he packs so much muscle and only has 5% muscle mass is down to a genetic abnormality... some say he is related to Brock Lesnar who also has the same genetic code.
I hope he is proven innocent.
