Fedor vs. Barnett is a must!!!!!!!!
Posted on November 22, 2010, 02:33 PM by lopresti1With a lot of smoke and mirrors goin around people are unsure of the future match-ups of Strikeforce's top three Heavyweights: Fedor Emelianenko, Fabricio Werdum and Alistair Overeem. Fabricio wants a tune up fight and i think he should fight in Japan. But mainly i think the perfect next fight for Fedor is definately Josh Barnett. Back in 2007 i couldn't wait for this dream match-up, but was severly dissapointed when Barnett came back positive for steroids. Now with Josh in Strikeforce it's finally possible. so lowkick community, wat'd u think?

Wat do u mean Hype, I dont think they have ever fought before, they were supposed to fight but Barnett tested positive n the fight was canceled as for the match up I think it would be a great fight I would love to see that match
this is just me being nit picky Fedor was susposed to fight Barnett at Afflicton 3 in July of 2008 not 2007.

barnett dosn't deserve that fight
I'd like to see him fight before he rematches Werdum. Werdum can fight in Japan or whatever and Fedor can slug it out with Barnett, a win win situation. I think Barnett is a better fighter then Werdum and arguably as good if not better then Overeem.
Barnett had his chance in Afliction and truyed to beat Fedor with ROIDS

Why not? A lot of people write him off cause he was caught with roids but Barnett is a very talented guy. I want to see both him and Fedor fight.
Let's look at this seriously. How many people think Fedor will actually fight? I'm pretty sure it will get hyped but then M1 will pull some "Renegotiations" again and then the fight will never happen. At this point, Fedor should just retire. Now that he's lost, he's lost some of that mysterious quality that made him a phenom and I doubt there is anyway for him to get that back even if he beats Werdum.
Fedor hasn't lost much of the myth for me. When I see some his manouvres off his back, or how hard he hits for his size and his instinct in a fight, and the fact he is chubby realtively undersize to some HW's yet still the most dominant HW the world has ever seen.
