Well, I changed the headline. It was an open workout they did for Strikeforce: Fedor vs Werdum at A.K.A..... but still - would love to see Fedor and Cain exchange a few words.

I know Fedor said his name along with 4-5 others and if he wanted it he could have it and guarentee Cain will take it in a heart beat but when it comes to ducking fights come on I just watched a guy who lost his last fight fight for the belt cause the guy who beat him and should of fought say no......and that is the first time I have ever seen that.......nothing was said but he turned down a fight for the belt when everyone is praying for that chance...but if your not ready and need one more fight was a great move

My 2 cents says uncle Dana pulled them out of the gym not to give em the oh so crucial PR though. Wouldn't want the fans to see the future of MMA mingle with it's past cause that would be wrong and bad for the sport and stuff.
Dana pulling fighters out their own gym..idk....Dana has the worst relationship with AKA then anyother gym..Now I see why, with the Strikeforce press conferences held in that location..Not to mention StrikeForce cut men always wear AKA gear only....How many time has koscheck and fitch almost got kicked out the ufc....Fitch didnt want in the video game....Ea paychecks must be looking aight....

I was not excited about the fight but the more the time goes by, I get more and more anxious to see the fight.
that's real skill. and only a small part of it. that mixed with the best fighting instincts and a rock solid chin and that's why he's the best.
