Gotta go with the UFC. The strikeforce 3 title fight card was pretty dull. UFC title fights haven't been the best either but some of their non title fights have been awesome. Well Mir vs Carwin title fight was pretty great so I take that back lol

All these little kids dont know what they are saying . Theres exiting matches every week from organizations you guys dont even know about , Strikeforce puts some good matches all the time but people just dont keep up with their events.

We should support Strikeforce bc they are the only ones that give Amateurs a chance to fight and be recognize unlike the UFC.

for sure UFC, 111, 110, Versus and even 113 were all better than strikeforce

Why cant we list WEC or other? omg Korean Zombie fight! best fight of the year by far. aldo faber was fun to watch as was bowls getting ktfo. smooth was brilliant in his fight. by far WEC's ppv is #1. UFC has more, but it mostly seems like quantity over quality, but out of that there still have been some great fights. Strikeforce has been ok, well see how the heavyweight show turns out.

Well I think Strikeforce's first card this year is the second best card this year, best card by far was however UFC 113.

I'm saying this cause i saw that 1 StrikeForce event on CBS and that was pretty dull sorry to say, but that was the only S-Force event I have seen so Im not really sure at this point.

I saw UFC 108, 110, 111, and 113 and all of those were fantastic events, but i was dissapointed when Kimbo got cut but thats not the point really.

I just think UFC is better this year. :)

UFC ....both making good cards, but the UFC have more top ranked fighters! but we would see the best fights if the UFC will co promote!!!

Boxing has the WBA, WBC, WBO champions, but in boxing the promoters are all willing to work together -- Golden Boy Promotions will work with Bob Arum or Gary Shaw, they all work together and hopefully you'll see those different champions fight. In MMA, unfortunately, that doesn't happen. Hopefully that will change and the big promotions will work together and some really big fights will happen.

You realize that you're advocating crippling dysfunction and corruption and fake champions and failure when you advocate that MMA be more like boxing right?

The people who bought the UFC and turned it in to what it is, were all very experienced in pro-boxing. They saw what to avoid, they learned how to do it right, and that's why other organizations are always failing to make profits,

Co-promotion would be terrible. Very few pro-sports do anything like the co-promotion in boxing.

co-promotion was a great idea for UFC, untill they sent their golden boy chuck liddel to pride and he got KTFO, that is why UFC no longer co-promotes.

UFC thrives on its own self aggrandizement, not to say that they are not currently top dog because they are, but they pretend that any fighter they have is stars and stripes beyond any other promotion. the liddel v rampage 1 exposed them on this. the reality is that the promotion has nothing to do with the talent of a fighter, that is a internal and personal reality, shogun would be the best LHW still if he left the UFC without losing the belt for SF or DREAM. Pride wasn't the best at its time because of its being "prideFC" but because they had good talent scouts that found great legit fighters.

you are just making stuff up in this statement or you ignore reality, because the UFC has already co-promoted.

Don't vote strikeforce just to be 'different'. Their last event was meant to be their best and we saw three pretty average fights. Last UFC event was one of my favourites

I like watching UFC events, and have been an avid MMA fan now for about 2 years. I do think the UFC events this year have been a little boring. Other than the KO by Cain in UFC 110 and Dos Santos' KO on Fight Night...the rest of the fights have been kind of boring. UFC 111 didnt live up to the hype, the quick KO by Carwin was ok. Most of the Main events have been decent at best.

Strikeforce put on a decent card on CBS, but they were all decisions...of there would have been fireworks on that card, SF would have been looking good. I guess what Im saying is that this year has been blah all over for MMA - I just hope there will be better more action in all of MMA

I'm a little biased also cause our hometown boy, Faber didnt win and BJ was whack in his fight. Hella stoked to see Fedor in San Jose next month tho!!

Got to go with the UFC they put on more volume of cards which even if the main event sucked the rest of the main card usually does good, not to mention they put WEC's last event which was the best event so far this year.

I think in addition to UFC, WEC, Strikeforce it would be cool to see a program like the original UFC where there were no weight restrictions and the rules go back to UFC 3 rules. I think somthing like that as well as what we have now would be cool so we can see who is toughest fighter of all if the fighters choose to enter. We could keep WEC and UFC and Strikeforce to have divisional champions but then have another organization to see who is the most unbeatable. We then would maybe see if Fedor or AS or Overeem or Aldo or whoever is the most dominant even if it is not fair it would reveal the most dangerous man in MMA .

Successful? The fact that SF is still on and talked about makes it way more successful. Of course I like the UFC but its starting to feel like the same thing over and over.

Right WEC is top-notch. Some amazing lighter weight fighters. And, I thought the TUF tryout fights were fantastic. Better than many cards.

For Carwin I thought the announcers said he won his last 11 or 12 fights in first round. Is it 7 in ufc and more elsewhere?
