One of the strangest staredowns in MMA occurred after the weigh-in for the M-1 Challenge XXVIII card, which took place in Astrakhan, Russia on November 12.

Saparbek Safarov and Tomasz Narkun had weighed in for their light heavyweight battle and were facing off when they began some not out of the ordinary staredown theatrics. Things escalated quickly and within seconds Safarov delivered some open hand strikes to the face of Narkun. Safarov was disqualified for his actions during the staredown.

That was hilarious. And Steven306 needs to stop drinking so much while he's posting on the public wall.

Most of the comments are ridiculous. What M-1 have to do with it? It's some idiot fighter who punched and that's it. The fight is cancelled and I hear that this guy will be severely punished.

It's like blaming the UFC for what Paul Daley did. Come on...

Fair point, however they (m1) are a bunch of clown regardless. Look on the bright side, at least they're getting SOME kind of press.

Steven306 you must be on something or have WAY too much confidence.
