Do you regret saying those things about Nog's Bjj during TUF??? seeing that Nog wanted to train you after TUF was over but because of wat you said he disliked you and said he doesnt want to train you anymore

Vinny, do you think TUF is more about T.V ratings and the coaches, rather than a fighter's progression?

And how did you view your time on the show, did you improve as a fighter with the experience?

What are some diff good or bad between how M1 is run, and the UFC, as far as backstage, or taking care of their fighters, medical etc.

Vinny, what has been your most satisfying win/experience so far in MMA? And can you describe how it was to train under such a legend in Big Nog on TUF?

Vinny was on Team Mir so i dont think he trained with Big Nog

The only time i saw Vinny and Big Nog together was when they had a verbal argument.
