Fedor Emelianenko and Jeff Monson faced off on Sunday, November 20 at Olympic Stadium in Moscow. 20,000 fans witnessed Fedor get back to his winning ways with a unanimous decision victory over Monson.

Unlike in his last few fights, Fedor was patient in his attack and never put himself in danger, preferring to avoid his opponent’s strong submission game.

After the fight, Monson, looking a little worse for wear, spoke about the fight with Fedor and the appreciation that was shown to him from the crowd.  He also acknowledged that Fedor fought a smart fight, adding, “He can beat anybody I think.”

Fedor looked different in this fight, even his stance was different. He was not straight up and down, and was not bouncing like he usually did. Kudos, good fight, he is better in the game then out. well done

yea, your right. the only thing bouncing was his titties!...

M-1 destroyed Fedor by concealing him. while the rest of the MMA word has been ever evolving Fedor has been concealed by a no brain organization that is a few cheap fights away from an abrupt end, and a tarnished reputation of a great fighter with amazing natural abilities that got him where he is today.

It's hard to say if Fedor could beat anybody you know, he only won by unanimous decision to a top 30 HW.

in his prime he was a beast but he is past his prime as are cro cop and Wanderlei Silva ...will we say the same of JDS in 10 years ?

And lets bring soccer kicks into th ufc ...see how that stops fighters diving to the floor.
