As usual I will be using fighters from mainstream organizations so don't get mad if your favorite fighters aren't here.

10. Dan Henderson (25-7). Hendo earns his place on the list with wins over Murilo Bustamante, Wanderlei Silva, Antonio Rodrigo Nogueira, Murilo Rua, Renzo Gracie, Rich Franklin and Michael Bisping among others. With 11 knockouts on the Pride and UFC veterans record he is still going strong with over 12 years in the sport.

9. Miguel Torres (37-2) The reason Torres is at number 9 is that a lot of his fights weren't in main stream productions. Saying that though going your first 20 fights unbeaten is incredible. Wins against Yoshiro Maeda, Manny Tapia and Takeya Mizugaki have displayed some of Miguel's raw talent that earns him his place on this list.

8. Quinton 'Rampage' Jackson (30-7) Pride and UFC veteran Rampage Jackson earns his place on the list with wins over Chuck Liddell twice, Wanderlei Silva, Marvin Eastman, Dan Henderson, Matt Lindland, Murilo Rua, Ricardo Arona, Kevin Randleman, Igor Vovchanchyn and many more. With 14 knockouts and 7 submissions we all know Rampage is the real deal.

7. Mauricio 'Shogun' Rua (18-4) Rua is a Pride, UFC and Vale Tudo veteran. He earns his place on the list with wins over Rampage Jackson, Antonio Rogerio Nogueira, Kevin Randleman, Mark Coleman, Chuck Liddell, Alistair Overeem, Ricardo Arona and many more. Rua has 15 knockouts on his record and is undoubtably one of the most exciting fighters in MMA today.

6. Gegard Mousasi (28-2) The Dream, Pride, M-1 and Strikeforce veteran earns a place on the list with wins over Ronaldo Souza, Remau Thierry Sokoudjou, Mark Hunt, Renato Sobral, Melvin Manhoef, Denis Kang Cyborg Santos and many more. The current Strikeforce LHW champ is on a 15 fight win streak and has lost only one fight in his last 24.

5.BJ Penn (15-5-1) BJ earns his place on the list  as a 16 time UFC veteran. He is the current UFC lightweight champ and has wins over Kenny Florian, Diego Sanchez, Sean Sherk, Joe Stevenson, Renzo Gracie, Duane Ludwig, Matt Hughes, Jens Pulver, Takanori Gomi, Matt Serr, Caol Uno and Din Thomas among others. Penns only losses, which have came against top fighters, were either for the contenders spot or in title matches.

4. Lyoto Machida (16-0) The unbeaten UFC LHW champ earns this spot on the list with wins over Shogun Rua, Thiago Silva, BJ Penn, Vernon White, Rashad Evans, Tito Ortiz, Rich Franklin, Remeau Sokoudjou, Michael Macdonald and Kazuhiro Nakamura among others.

3.GSP (19-2) The current UFC welterweight champ has the number 3 spot with wins over BJ Penn twice, Thiago Alves, Sean Sherk, Frank Trigg, Matt Hughes twice, Matt Serra, Josh Koscheck, Jon Fitch, Jason Miller and Dave Strasser among others. The explosive Kyokushin black belt has only lost to Matt Serra and Matt Hughes, both of which he has avenged.

2. Anderson Silva (25-4) Former Pride champion and current UFC middleweight champ Silva earns the number 2 spot on the list with wins over Forrest Griffin, Nate Marquardt, Rich Franklin twice, Dan Henderson, James Irvin, Patrick Cote, Chris Leben, Thiales Lietes, Jeremy Horn, Carlos Newton, Travis Lutter and Tony Fryklund among others. With 14 knockouts on his record Anderson is on an 11 fight win streak and has defended the title 5 times.

1. Fedor Emelianenko (32-1-1NC) Former Rings champion, Pride world heavyweight champion and GP winner, Current WAMMA heavyweight champion and current Strikeforce HW contender Fedor is in my opinion the best P4P fighter in the world at the moment. He holds wins over Antonio Rodrigo Nogueira twice, Mirko Cro Cop, Andrei Arlovski, Mark Hunt, Matt Lindland, Tim Sylvia, Brett Rogers, Mark Coleman, Kevin Randleman, Gary Goodridge, Renato Sobral, Semmy Schilt, Heath Herring, Ricardo Arona and many more. With 9 knockouts and 16 submissions to his credit Fedor has proved himself against some of the best in their prime. His only loss came by way of a  TKO, against Tsuyoshi Kohsaka, from a cut, a loss which he went on to avenge with a TKO win of his own.

Now I know many people won't agree but its just my opinion.

lol Fedor at #1? get ready for the hating, dude. But I agree with you there. Fedor's record should stand at 32-0-2NC. That elbow was illegal. They should have given him a NC and cut him from that tournament. Good list.

regardless of the lost like 10 years ago!

he holds a record that only holds!

hes never been close to lose a fight ever!

never lost a fight to decision not even close to decision!

    not even a split decision!

never been TKO , KO or SUBMIT! thats just unhear off!

in a MMA carrer of 10 years!

even if he dosent hold a perfect record , hes never lost a fight ever!

if you compare him to anderson silva who has been submit and lost to decisions before!

Man, I like the list but I still can't see Fedor as a clear #1...I'm a Fedor fan but the competition in Strikeforce is just not doin it for me. All the good guys that he's beaten were washed up at the time (except for noguierra and cro cop, but it's not like Fedor was the only one to beat those two in their prime). I don't understand why so many of you hardcore Fedor enthusiasts are against him going to the UFC - I think that should be every MMA fan's DREAM.

I'm for Fedor fighting UFC's best but Fedor doesn't want to be under a UFC contract. He would rather fight them on a co-promotion. c'mon Dana, you don't even have to put Brock against Fedor, JDS/Cain/Carwin would do.

I think after the rampage vs rashad fight we will have a good idea of where ramp should be.

Rampage is amazing, no one else has accomplished the things he has, people just don't give him credit because hes a little bit one dimensional and anyways aoki is way to overrated, the guy has 0 stand up, if he ever fights penn he'll get destroyed

except Mousasi would need a few more matches to justify his ranking up there
