Bellator will replay Eddie Alvarez vs Michael Chandler fight this Saturday

If you were one of the many fight fans that was tuned into Spike TV’s preliminary card coverage of Saturday’s UFC 139 you very well may have missed the main event of Bellator 58, a lightweight title scrap between champion Eddie Alvarez and tournament winner Michael Chandler.
If you had one eye on twitter and one eye on Spike TV while Alvarez and Chandler were battling over on MTV2, you saw that some were hailing the title fight as a Fight of the Year candidate. While the fight would eventually have to settle for second best fight of the night following the battle between Dan Henderson and Mauricio Rua later that night at UFC 139, that doesn’t mean you didn’t miss something special.
Sure, you can watch the bout on YouTube, but wouldn’t you rather see it in non-streaming form? If you said, yes, you’re in luck as Bellator has announced that the fight will be shown this Saturday following MTV2’s broadcast of Bellator 59.
Bellator 59 will be shown at 9 p.m. ET and will feature the bantamweight and heavyweight tournament finale fights.
