Undefeated UFC reigning women’s bantamweight champion “Rowdy” Ronda Rousey continues to break down barriers, raise her ceiling, and become a bigger and bigger star by the day. In just the last few months, she’s signed a new sponsorship deal, signed on to star in a movie, and recently became the first female to be featured on the cover of “Men’s Fitness” Magazine in Australia.

The champion will now become the first female athlete to ever co-host ESPN’s SportsCenter which she recently announced via a press release (Via MMAFighting):

“I’m excited to co-host SportsCenter with Lindsay on Wednesday,” Rousey said in the release.  “I’ve always appreciated the support ESPN has shown me and I’m honored to be the first female celebrity co-host!”

And just so we get enough of the “Rowdy” one, Rousey will also be appearing on Tuesday night’s edition of “The Tonight Show With Jimmy Fallon”.

Rousey’s star power seems to be never ending in terms of growth, but of course that all relies on her continuing to win fights. The former Olympian will once again put her 135-pound title on the line when she takes on former boxing champion, and undefeated mixed martial artist Holly “The Preacher’s Daughter” Holm next month at UFC 193.

Rousey has been dominant thus far, but the fact remains that she has never faced a striker even remotely close to the caliber of Holm. That could prove to be irrelevant if Rousey chooses to use her world class grappling skills, but the champion seems to always want to prove herself by fighting against her opponent’s strengths.

The event will go down on November 15, 2015, and for the first time ever, the pay-per-view (PPV) will be headlined by two women’s bouts, as strawweight champion Joanna Jedrzeczyk will put her title on the line in the co-main event against Valerie Letourneau.

The promotion is hoping to break an attendance record at the 75,000 seat stadium.
