Overeem and I were exchanging some tongue during the interview. I was so suprised when he started responding to my childish antics, but once we were licking the air in unison the whole world just seemed to make sense.
Seen the fight , and Overeem is a tough man to beat. its well deserved title imo. Surprised by Semmy Schilt´s early defeat though, i thought he would definitely be in the final against Overeem.
But since i havent been watching regularly the k1 , can someone tell me why werent remy bonjasky and badr hari in the event?
As far as I know Bonjasky is throwing in the towel after he had eye surgery. Doesn't want to risk further injury or possible blindness! I'm sure he'll have 1 or 2 more fights & then call it a day but it doesn't look like any more K1 unfortunately.
Hari had a run in with the law in Holland I think (could be wrong) Apparently his name was mentioned in a serious assault. I believed he was very co-operative but the police & others were bias against him apparently.
He decided not to go to the K-1 finals I believe because his head wasn't straight after this along with the backlash over his DQ against Gerges back in May!
He's chillin' in Morocco apparently. Expect a meaner Hari next year :)

so what exactly are you saying? You fantasize about tonging Overroid?
I hope Overeem does fight for the Dream HW title on NYE, that would be awesome.
Alistair is not the first MMA fighter to win a K1 title. what about Semmy Schilt? He's an MMA fighter.

Semmy Schilt is a kickboxer or/and karateka who went to MMA and he wasn't a champion
well hold on a second, semmy started earlier with MMA (late '90s!!) than with K-1.... look it up
well i feel some what stupid pointing this out to someone named foolish. Semmy has had multiple k-1 titles (so yeah he was a champion).
Semmy competed in more unknown competitions of kickboxing and karate, I actually attended a few of them

he hasent fought in a mma fight in ages and he hasent beat any1 in the top 10 hw division so get him ota the top 10.. its mma not kickboxing
