It's Duffee rite?? if it is, thats a huge opportunity for Duffee, just look wat a win over Werdum did for Dos Santos, he went from being almost a nobody HW to one of the best

its great if its duffee, Rogan and Dana were hyping him up while he was in the UFC and lets see overeem against UFC material! Im sure UFC gonna critic anyway! if overeem wins then dana would say we didnt cut duffee for no reason or that duffee is not even top 10 and a win against him doesnt prove anything! if overeem loses then dana would say I love overeem but u people are just out of your mind to have put him top 10, duffee was nobody in the UFC and beat overeem can you imagine what a guy like carwin would do to him LOL

duffee was never the next big thing, he won ONE FIGHT and just because he got a quick KO everyone hyped him up because of that and his freakishly athletic physique. he proved he has no chin when he got knocked out cold by mike russow. dana would be right to say beating duffee doesn't make reem number 1. duffee won't get past the 1st round but it won't make reem the best in the world.

I agree with Overhand... Im a big Overeem fan and believe he is a top Heavyweight either way, but Duffee got hype because he had a 7 second knockout... Anyone would have been praised and applauded for something like that. Then once he was exposed by Russow, the UFC had no problem releasing him when they felt it was warranted. Everything isn't about the UFC vs. Everyone else. The promotion's arent even important in the end... Its the fighters. It just so happens that the UFC has more talent under one banner, that doesnt mean talent doesnt exist elsewhere.

I think u getting me wrong! What I want is that fighters like the reem beat UFC fighters so thats Its proven that UFC dont have all the best HWs. Duffee wasnt really cut by the UFC because of the loss but because of his critics so he's still a legit UFC fighter, just like den henderson, he got cut by the UFC and its fortunate for us MMA fans that he lost against the ex strikeforce champion just to prove that competion outside the UFC is tough and No UFC dont have all the best fighter of the world! cause thats what **** head dana is claiming.; that the best top 10 fighters in any UFC division a re the best in the world

Overeem v. Duffee may be the most ripped match in mma history.

What an idiot you are... Overeem has been screaming and dying to fight Fedor and he still wants to... that's actually why he's saying that ANYBODY can challenge him in the WORLD.

It doesn't matter what color the mother is it matters on the fathers side cause they contribute to the skin color and most of the genes

Notice when asked who he would like to fight next, he said anyone. No sense in calling one person out when they won't accept the challenge. I like that he insists on fighting for the title. That way he keeps himself as a target. He is IMO the top HW in the world. Hopefully he'll get the chance to prove it in 2011.

If this guy puts another title on his mantle then its going to be really hard to argue against his place as a top Heavyweight for sure. Of course there is always the UFC question and its a legitimate one. And by this I mean the fighters that we would all love to see him face, not the promotion itself.

The UFC HW division needs both Overeem and Duffee.

It is too bad Duffee was hyped so much after his first fight. The experienced Russow was a human punching bag for 2 plus rounds and pulled out a hail mary right hand in the 3rd round. The bottom line is Duffee is green, and the UFC should have kept him around. He has potential to develop into a good fighter.

While the UFC HW division is better than it was--if Brock Lesnar should leave after his next fight, and Roy Nelson continues to be tied up, there will come a time in a year or so when all the top guys have fought each other.

Whether you like Overeem or not, signing him would add a lot of excitement to the HW division, and settle a lot of arguments inside the octagon instead of at the keyboard.

Overeem was the new breed of heavyweights before there was such a term. The dude is 2 inches taller then Brock and cut, the real viking.
